2. Booking Policies

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
  • Payment: All reservations require full payment or a deposit, as outlined at the time of booking. Payment can be made via our secure online platform.
  • Confirmation: Once payment is received, a booking confirmation will be sent via email. The reservation is only confirmed after the payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected].
  • Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation in relation to your reservation date. Cancellations made within the allowed period may receive a refund minus any administrative fees. Late cancellations may incur full or partial charges.
  • Changes: Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: From 2:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. House Rules

  • Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is stated at the time of booking. Exceeding this limit is not permitted.
  • Smoking and Pets: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Pets are allowed only if specified in the booking agreement.
  • Noise: Please respect neighbors and other guests. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction without a refund.

6. Damage and Liability

  • Guest Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. Damage must be reported immediately, and any repairs or replacements will be billed accordingly.
  • Property Liability: Secret Stone Villa does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items. Guests are encouraged to use available safes for valuables.

7. Use of Facilities

  • Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is available for guests’ use but is not supervised. Guests use the pool at their own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.
  • Other Amenities: Guests are required to use all villa facilities responsibly. Secret Stone Villa will not be held liable for injuries sustained due to misuse of equipment or facilities.

8. Force Majeure
Secret Stone Villa is not liable for any damages, compensation, or cancellations arising from events outside its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
